Politique d’expédition

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping 

We offer standard delivery within Germany: shipping costs 2.50 €. Delivery time 1-4 business days.

If you wish to upgrade your delivery status, we also offer express delivery. Shipping costs for express delivery within Germany are 12.50 €. Delivery time 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for international shipping of your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

European Union (excluding Germany): shipping costs 6.99 €, delivery time 2-7 business days.

Switzerland & United Kingdom: shipping costs 8.99 €, delivery time 5-14 business days.

Non-EU European Countries: shipping costs 11.99 €, delivery time 5-14 business days.

Rest of the World (excluding US): shipping costs 14.99 €, delivery time 7-22 business days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. O'hege is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

USA – Starting from August 2025, the U.S. government has introduced new customs regulations. Your order may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping confirmation 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with dispatch confirmation. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@ohege.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
